Organize The Shelf User Agreement

Ⅰ. General Provisions

  1. By downloading, installing, or using Organize The Shelf (the "App") and any related services (the "Services"), you represent that you have fully read, understood, and voluntarily accepted all terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to this Agreement, please stop using the App and Services immediately.
  2. Please read all terms of this Agreement carefully before using the App and Services. Continuing to use them constitutes your confirmation and acceptance of the Agreement.
  3. We reserve the right to modify or supplement this Agreement based on business development, legal changes, etc., and will publicize updates on the official website, in-App announcements, or other channels. Continuing to use the App or Services after revisions indicate your acceptance of the updated terms.

Ⅱ. Eligibility and Age Restrictions

  1. The App is only available to users who are at least 18 years old. When using the App, you warrant that you are 18 or older and are responsible for the truthfulness of this statement.
  2. If we discover that you are a minor or have evidence that you do not meet the legal age requirement, we may terminate your access to the App and delete relevant data without prior notice.

Ⅲ. License and Intellectual Property

  1. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable personal use license to install and use the App on your personal device.
  2. All intellectual property rights (including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, patents, etc.) in the App and its contents (including code, graphics, audio, video, text, etc.) belong to us or our licensors.
  3. Without our prior written permission, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease any part of the App, or obtain source code through reverse engineering, decompilation, or other means.

Ⅳ. Usage Guidelines

Permitted Conduct: Use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
Prohibited Conduct:



  1. Engage in reverse engineering, data scraping, cheating, tampering with game data, or use unauthorized plugins/software;
  2. Post or distribute abusive, harassing, pornographic, violent, or other 违规 content that infringes on others' rights;
  3. Bypass access restrictions, crack security mechanisms, or maliciously interfere with payment processes;
  4. Engage in any conduct that damages the App's normal operation, violates laws, or infringes on public order and good customs.

Ⅴ. App and Agreement Changes

  1. We may update, upgrade, or terminate part/all functions of the App at any time based on actual circumstances, without prior notice.
  2. Terms of this Agreement may be revised periodically. Once updated terms are publicized, continuing to use the App or Services constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

Ⅵ. In-App Purchases and Virtual Goods

  1. Some App functions or virtual goods require purchasing virtual currency or items. Except as required by law, all purchases are final and non-refundable.
  2. Virtual goods are for in-App use only, have no real-world monetary value, and may not be exchanged for cash or used in other commercial transactions.

Ⅶ. Disclaimer of Warranties

  1. The App and Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
  2. Risks arising from using the App or Services, including but not limited to data loss, device damage, or network interruptions, are borne by you.

Ⅷ. Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law

  1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including but not limited to profit loss, data loss, etc.) arising from your use or inability to use the App.
  2. You agree to indemnify and hold Organize The Shelf and its affiliates harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of this Agreement or use of the App.
  3. This Agreement is governed by the laws of [Company Headquarters Location]. Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation; if unsuccessful, they shall be submitted to the competent court in [Company Headquarters Location] for litigation.

Ⅸ. Miscellaneous Provisions and Termination

  1. If any term of this Agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms shall remain fully effective.
  2. We may suspend or terminate your access to the App for any reason at any time, without prior notice. Terms regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification shall survive termination.
